Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and growing Techkinect's social media accounts, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Create engaging and high-quality content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.

  • Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.

  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, email, website, Google My Business, and Google Advertisements.

  • Manage Techkinect's Google My Business profile, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, responding to customer reviews, and optimizing the listing for maximum visibility.

  • Assist with the planning, setup, and optimization of Google Advertisements, including keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign monitoring, and performance analysis.

  • Assist with website management, ensuring content is up to date, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience.

  • Support the planning and execution of email campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, video marketing, digital design, Google My Business, and Google Advertisements.

  • Contribute creative ideas for content creation, marketing strategies, and brand development.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices for engagement and growth.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing automation solutions using Control4 and Atlona systems, along with other advanced technologies.

Responsibilities:

Automation System Programming:

  • Design, develop, and program automation solutions using Control4 and Atlona systems, as well as other industry-leading technologies.

  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into functional designs.

  • Customize automation systems to meet specific client needs, including integration with audio-visual equipment, lighting systems, security systems, and other smart devices.

  • Test and debug automation programs to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.

  • Provide documentation and training for clients on how to use and maintain the automation systems.

Integration and Troubleshooting:

  • Integrate automation systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and seamless communication between devices and systems.
