With so many products on the market and so much information floating around involving network equipment, internet information, and WiFi-related issues, it is hard to figure out what information you should trust. We are here to help fix your home network and WiFi issues. Many issues can be fixed by changing settings or relocating your router/access point to achieve optimal connectivity throughout your home.
WiFi problems can be addressed by implementing one or more of these solutions:

Contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP, such as Spectrum or Cincinnati Bell) and ensuring their equipment is properly connected and configured. Also, ensure they provided you with the equipment you are paying for - as well as receiving the download/upload speeds you are paying for.

Checking your router & modem settings to make sure they are configured for your home network setup.

Running network cable to access points in mesh or stand-alone systems for improved connectivity.
