High-Performance Training & Hybrid Collaboration Environment

Integrated AV, dual-display presentation, and one-touch control designed to support scalable training, hybrid meetings, and seamless content delivery.

Techkinect partnered with Bridgestream to design and deploy a scalable, high-performance AV ecosystem across their newly renovated headquarters—anchored by a large-format training room and supported by a flexible BYOD conference space upstairs. The goal was to create intuitive, reliable environments that support daily training, hybrid collaboration, and executive meetings without requiring technical expertise to operate.

The primary training room was engineered to support up to 60 participants, featuring a dual-display projection system for clear, simultaneous content delivery and improved visibility throughout the space. Presenters can seamlessly connect via HDMI or USB-C, while a dedicated in-room CPU is integrated directly into the system—eliminating setup time, reducing dependency on personal devices, and ensuring consistent performance for scheduled training sessions.

To address one of the most common pain points in large training environments—poor audio clarity—we implemented a beamforming ceiling microphone array with integrated DSP and distributed in-ceiling speakers. This provides consistent voice lift and even audio coverage across the room, ensuring every participant can clearly hear and engage without distraction.

For hybrid collaboration, the space includes dual PTZ cameras capturing both presenter and audience perspectives, allowing remote participants to remain fully engaged. Combined with integrated USB extension and AV switching, the system bridges in-room and remote communication seamlessly.

Upstairs, Techkinect deployed a streamlined AV switching conference room designed for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) workflows. Users can walk in, plug in via HDMI or USB-C, and instantly connect to the room’s display, camera, and audio system—eliminating friction and minimizing meeting start delays.

Both spaces are unified through an Atlona Velocity control platform, featuring a consistent user interface across touch panels and keypads. This standardization reduces training requirements, improves user confidence, and simplifies long-term system management.
