Who This Is For (And Who It’s Not)
This is a fit if you:
Manage conference rooms, training spaces, or public meeting chambers
Need AV systems that work reliably in real-world use
Want one partner to own design, installation, and support
Expect clear timelines, budgets, and accountability
This is not a fit if you:
Are price-shopping individual pieces of equipment
Want a DIY or “IT will figure it out later” solution
Only need a single TV or basic presentation setup
Why Most Commercial AV Systems Fail
Most AV failures aren’t caused by bad equipment. They happen because of poor design, unclear ownership, and lack of commissioning.
Common problems we fix:
Multiple vendors with no clear accountability
AV designed without considering network, electrical, or real usage
Systems that work on install day—but fail in daily operation
Our approach is different. We design, install, commission, and support every system as a single, accountable partner.
What You Get: Fully Customized End-to-End AV Solution
This is a bundled, end-to-end solution—not a menu of parts.
Included in every project:

FAQ
How long does a typical conference-room AV installation take?
After design approval, most single‑room projects are installed and fully commissioned in 1–3 on‑site days, with total timeline (including design, procurement, and programming) averaging 2–4 weeks. Larger multi‑room or phased projects are scheduled in coordination with your construction calendar.
Can we reuse our existing displays, cabling, or speakers?
Yes. We begin every engagement with a technology audit to determine what can be repurposed. If existing hardware supports 4K/60, HDCP 2.3, and Dante/AES67 (or can be adapted), we’ll integrate it to protect your investment. Otherwise, we’ll quote upgrade options.
What remote monitoring and support options do you provide?
All systems are assessed for support needs based on critical needs and use cases. You receive a secure client portal, automatic fault alerts, phone support, and SLA‑based on‑site response—typically next‑business‑day or better depending on support contract included.
How many simultaneous Zoom/Teams sessions can the system handle?
Each room operates independently. Using Atlona OmniStream AV‑over‑IP we can support dozens of concurrent meetings across campus, bandwidth permitting. For single spaces, we engineer DSP and camera presets for up to four active presenters or breakout groups at once.
Do you work with internal IT Teams?
Yes. We coordinate closely with IT to align network, security, and support requirements.
How are firmware updates and security patches handled?
We schedule quarterly maintenance windows to push non‑critical firmware via Velocity or support portal. Critical security patches are applied within 48 hours of vendor release, after coordination with your IT team.
Can we add more microphones, cameras, or control points later?
Absolutely. Systems are designed on a modular IP backbone (Dante audio, OmniStream video) so additional endpoints can be licensed and added without forklift upgrades.
What happens after installation?
You receive documentation, training, and a clear support path—no guessing who to call.
