Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and growing Techkinect’s social media accounts, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, email, website, Google My Business, and Google Advertisements.
- Manage Techkinect’s Google My Business profile, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, responding to customer reviews, and optimizing the listing for maximum visibility.
- Assist with the planning, setup, and optimization of Google Advertisements, including keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Assist with website management, ensuring content is up to date, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience.
- Support the planning and execution of email campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, video marketing, digital design, Google My Business, and Google Advertisements.
- Contribute creative ideas for content creation, marketing strategies, and brand development.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices for engagement and growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, with the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with video editing software and a passion for video marketing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of website management and content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
