Our Team
Veteran-Founded, Mission-Driven
Techkinect was founded by U.S. Marine Corps veterans who spent years working together on mission-critical systems supporting **McDonnell Douglas F/A‑18 Hornet fighter aircraft.
For more than seven years, our founders worked side-by-side maintaining and supporting the complex electronic, communication, and operational systems that keep aircraft mission-ready.
That experience shaped the way Techkinect operates today:

Jacob Reek
Jacob leads the technical vision and engineering standards at Techkinect. As a licensed Master Electrician with extensive experience in electrical infrastructure, networking, and AV integration, he focuses on designing systems that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
His background working on mission-critical military systems influences Techkinect’s design philosophy—prioritizing reliability, clean system architecture, and long-term serviceability.
Jacob remains actively involved in system design, technical planning, and complex project execution to ensure every installation meets the standards the company was built on.

Leonardo Acuna
Leonardo oversees operational execution and field coordination across Techkinect projects. His focus is ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through installation while maintaining quality, safety, and communication.
With experience coordinating complex technical environments and field installations, Leonardo ensures systems are installed cleanly, documented properly, and delivered according to plan.
